** Our Cornerstone Women's group is planning to meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The next meeting will take place on February 19th. They will be meeting at the church at 6:00 pm. Come for some fellowship and care, with some fun of course! Feel free to stop in and check it out!

** Our Cornerstone Men's is back! February 10th at 6:30. We need to look at a new book and potentially move our men's night to another night so it won't interfere with Archery coming up. Hopefully you can join us!

** Youth Group Sunday Night!!! We will be back on the 1st and 3rd Sundays in January! Be on the lookout!

**Cornerstone Archery will be starting its Winter Session on February 24th in the new building at Riverside Schools. Updates to the registration will be going out this week so stay tuned! **Missions Moment - 31 Boxes were packed and shipped for Operation Christmas Child so that children across the world were able to have a good Christmas. We also participated with Quincy Methodist Church in the Good Deeds Advent Calendar. 25 different charities across our local community, state, country and the world benefited from our giving!

Step 1: Daily Choice to say Yes to God: 2 Corinthians 1:20 - “For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.”

Step 2: Daily Trusting God: Psalm 56: 3-4 - “But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me?”

Step 3: Daily Giving Over, Not Giving Up: Philippians 3:8 - “Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ.”

**Missions Moment - 31 Boxes were packed and shipped for Operation Christmas Child so that children across the world were able to have a good Christmas. We also participated with Quincy Methodist Church in the Good Deeds Advent Calendar. 25 different charities across our local community, state, country and the world benefited from our giving!

There will be a serving opportunity for our 7th thru 12th graders as we will be wrapping presents as a way to show love and give back. Step 1: Always Be Joyful: 1 Thessalonians 5:16 - “Always be joyful.” Your joy should be infectious and consistent, even in trouble.
 
Step 2: Never Stop Praying: 1 Thessalonians 5:17 - “Never stop praying.” Prayer is the air that movement breathes. Praying moves the mountains.

** Our Cornerstone Women's group is planning to meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The next meeting will take place on November 20th. They will be meeting at the church at 6:00 pm. Come for some fellowship and care, with some fun of course! Feel free to stop in and check it out!

** Our Cornerstone Men's group is breaking for Cornerstone Archery! Cornerstone Archery is OFF this week. We will be back next Tuesday Nov. 18th and setup will begin around 5:00 and sessions will go from 6:00 - 8:30 in the auditeria at Riverside Local School. 

** Youth Group Sunday Night!!! The team is working hard to continue to provide a space for our students, so look for our Youth group to get started in November on the 1st and 3rd Sunday nights coming up in November! The next Youth Group will be on Sunday night November 16th!

** Looking for people to join a new small group. Let me know what your availability is and we can find a way to start something new, or get you plugged into something that will fit your schedule!

** Advent Devotional - Devotions have been submitted and a work day is coming up! Tues, Nov. 11 @ 6:30 pm at Quincy – Work day for Advent Devotional 1 or 2 hours help is needed. . For questions call or text Julie 937-622-1352 We will be working on the covers and perhaps start to copy the devotional.

**Missions Moment - Produce Stand - The free produce stand will be closing down at the end of October. They will be using that space to setup a Nativity for the coming Advent season!

** We are now collecting brownie mix for the Five Loaves Food Pantry. We need 55 by November 16th. They give out meals and food boxes Wed. November 19th at 4:30 pm. If you would like to help pack and deliver boxes.

Two years ago we were On Mission! Worship - Reflect - Pray - Study - Serve - you can still use these methods! In 2023 we used the 5-S Method of Being The Church - Surrender - Surrounded - Spirit-Led - Self-Fed - Sent - All of these things are timeless and will always be helpful for us to measure whether or not we are "being" the "church".

Please pray this week for those who are sick and need healing, and those who you can share the love of Christ with! Do not forget to pray for your church, your community, and your pastor.
