**Action Steps to Being Found

Step 1: Pray and Seek God: Jeremiah 29: 12-13 - "In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me." Prayer activates the search party!

Step 2: Come Clean: James 4:8 - "Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world." It is easier for God to find us when we are clean!

Step 3: Let God Light The Way: Isaiah 42:16 - "I will lead blind Israel down a new path, guiding them along an unfamiliar way. I will brighten the darkness before them and smooth out the road ahead of them. Yes, I will indeed do these things; I will not forsake them."

** Pastor Mike will  NOT likely be in the office on any specific day this week. This week is scattered with therapy and more doctors appointments so he will likely have to get there when he can.

** Last Sunday Worship Night - Unfortunately we took last night off due to weather. We will be back in Quincy on March 29th at 6:00 pm! Our Palm Sunday night might take on a whole new meaning!

** Did you know that God has blessed you with a special set of skills and gifts? He has also called you to be involved and belong to this body of believers. Be prayerful over the possibilities that God is desiring to use you. There are many ways in which you can get involved. Reach out to Pastor Mike with the ways in which God is calling you to be active!

• Missions Committee Chairperson - Lead and organize all missions events and outreach from our Church to the community.
• Church Lay Leader - Represent the congregation by attending all meetings possible and being the voice of the church within each meeting.

We are back to packing on Tuesday at 10:00 am. Hopefully the weather improves and kids will get back to school!

** Our Cornerstone Women's group is planning to meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. The next meeting will take place on March 5th. They will be meeting at the church at 6:00 pm. Come for some fellowship and care, with some fun of course! Feel free to stop in and check it out!

** Our Cornerstone Men's Group is potentially looking at switching days. Next week we will begin our next session of Cornerstone Archery, so we might be looking for a new day. 

** Youth Group Sunday Night!!! We will be back on the 1st and 3rd Sundays in March! Be on the lookout!

**Cornerstone Archery - Tomorrow Night March 24th at 6:00 in the elementary gym at Riverside Local School. You can still register at the link below. If you know anyone who would like to participate in the Tournament at Graham on April 18th, please reply. It appears that we have to register as a team and only instructors who are NASP certified can register.

**Cornerstone Archery will be starting its Winter Session on February 24th in the new building at Riverside Schools. Updates to the registration will be going out this week so stay tuned! ** Looking for people to join a new small group. Let me know what your availability is and we can find a way to start something new, or get you plugged into something that will fit your schedule!

**Missions Moment - We are looking for a new Missions chairperson to lead us towards giving back to our community. If you are a good organizer with contacts within the community feel free to get in touch with us.

** We are collecting canned fruit and we need 110 by April 12th. Meals and food boxes are delivered on Wed., April 15th at 4:30pm. If you would like to help pack and deliver boxes.

Thursday: Church Open 10-12 / Senior Lunch 11:00 am / Worship Meeting at Cornerstone Fellowship of DeGraff - 7:00 pm
 
Friday: Church Open 2:30 - 4:30

Next Sunday - March 29th - Sixth Sunday of Lent - Palm Sunday - Luke 19:28-40 / Psalm 118: 22-25 - Sunday School 9:30 / Worship 10:45 / Last Sunday Night Worship - Quincy Methodist 6:00 pm for light food, 6:30 for worship
