** Upcoming Events:
** Action Steps to Worship Jesus Our King Step 1: Acknowledge His Sovereignty - Colossians 1:16 - “for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. He is our King! Step 2: Live in Gratitude - Matthew 6:33 - “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” Even Jesus knows that we should be grateful for what God has done for us. Step 3: Repay His Love - Galatians 5:1 - “So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.” If we are to worship our King, surely He has freed us for the purpose of loving others the way He loved us first! ** Pastor Mike will be in the office this Tuesday from 10 - 1. **Holy Week Schedule Maundy Thursday Service - @ Cornerstone Fellowship in DeGraff 7:00 p.m. Good Friday Service - @ Quincy United Methodist Church 7:00 p.m. - Prayer stations from 6-6 on Friday will be setup for anyone to attend at your convenience at Cornerstone Fellowship of DeGraff Easter Sunrise - @Cornerstone Fellowship in DeGraff 6:45 a.m. Sunrise Breakfast - @ Cornerstone Fellowship in DeGraff Following Sunrise, then stay for Sunday School! Two years ago we were On Mission! Worship - Reflect - Pray - Study - Serve - you can still use these methods! In 2023 we used the 5-S Method of Being The Church - Surrender - Surrounded - Spirit-Led - Self-Fed - Sent - All of these things are timeless and will always be helpful for us to measure whether or not we are "being" the "church". Please pray this week for those who are sick and need healing, and those who you can share the love of Christ with! Do not forget to pray for your church, your community, and your pastor.
