Step 2: Regular Intentional Study of Scripture - Acts 2:42 - “All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.” Step 3: Regular and Intentional commitment to worship and service - Galatians 5:13 - “For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters. But don’t use your freedom to satisfy your sinful nature. Instead, use your freedom to serve one another in love.” ** Pastor Mike will be in the office this Tuesday from 10-1. **Grief Share Group - We have had the same two people over the past three months so they have decided that we will meet as necessary. Setup for Kingdom Archery begins at 5:30 at Riverside Schools. Elementary doors will be open (north side by the baseball diamond). Archery runs from 6:00 - 8:30. We will likely be covering our book after that, possibly at the church, but we will see how the schedule works the first week! ** 5th Quarter has come to a close. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Step 2: Study the Bible Regularly - Romans 15:4 - For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. Step 3: Engage in a Faith Community & Worship - Hebrews 10: 24-25 - Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
